We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact and liaison for our valued clients. This role involves handling any customer escalations, advocating for customer needs, and ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with our products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing timely responses and product knowledge and solutions.
- Handle any customer escalations professionally and efficiently, resolving any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Advocate for client needs and preferences, ensuring that these are adequately met and surpassed.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to our clients.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, implementing strategies for growth and maintaining a high level of customer retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products and services.
- Regularly report on account status, noting any changes in client attitudes or market trends.
- Conduct meetings with clients to discuss feedback and continuous improvement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or in a relevant role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of customer service and account management practices.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demonstrate technical products.
- Self-starter attitude with high level of commitment towards customer satisfaction.
