At Inward Healthcare, our Primary Therapists play a central role in guiding adolescents and families through the treatment journey in our PHP and IOP programs. This position is responsible for managing the overall therapeutic experience of an assigned caseload, including providing individual therapy, facilitating group therapy, coordinating care with families and treatment team members, and supporting clinical progress throughout treatment.

Primary Therapists build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary collaboration, and help create a safe, engaging, and supportive treatment environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, clinically strong, and passionate about working with adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges.
