As a Sales Manager at Investlyy, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing our sales team to achieve business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily sales activities, managing client calls, and ensuring our sales team effectively handles leads. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring our team meets targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Oversight: Manage and supervise daily sales activities, ensuring all team members are meeting their objectives.

Client Calls: Conduct client calls, address inquiries, and convert leads into sales.

Inventory Management: Look for new properties based on client criteria and call 25 properties daily to pitch them for addition to our inventory.

Team Support: Actively follow up with the sales team to provide support and guidance, ensuring they are effectively handling leads and closing deals.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and improve performance.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.
Daily Tasks:
- Conduct morning meetings to set daily goals and review performance.
- Start taking client calls and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Call 25 properties daily to pitch and potentially add to inventory.
- Actively follow up with all previous clients to move leads towards closing.
- Review and support team members in their daily tasks and provide assistance where needed.
