Description

As a CRM Manager at Investlyy, you will oversee the entire operations of acquisitions, ensuring that leads are efficiently managed and nurtured across all departments. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the CRM system, supporting each department in driving leads, and ensuring all leads are effectively handled by the sales team. You will play a crucial role in guiding, training, and supporting team members to achieve our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Oversee the CRM system to ensure leads are properly managed and nurtured from various sources (in-person lead generation, social media, etc.).
  • Department Support: Collaborate with each department (Lead Generation, Sales, Social Media) to provide necessary support and ensure efficient lead handling.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they understand and utilize the CRM system effectively.
  • Task Monitoring: Ensure all team members complete their daily tasks within Asana and assist departments as needed.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement new marketing strategies and automations within the CRM to streamline processes.
  • Reporting: Collect and analyze reports from all departments, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Daily Tasks:

  • Conduct morning meetings to set daily objectives and tasks.
  • Follow up with each department to assess needs and provide support.
  • Monitor task completion within Asana and assist where necessary.
  • Oversee lead management and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Research and develop new marketing strategies.
  • Explore and implement new automation opportunities.
  • Provide end-of-day reviews and prepare insights for the next morning’s meeting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in a real estate or sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to train, guide, and support team members.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and task management tools like Asana.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement efficient processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
