The Customer Success Manager is a data-driven, growth-minded individual who works with Intrepy’s team to oversee and expand existing client relationships at Intrepy. In its simplest form, the role of the Customer Success Manager is to understand the client’s business and underlying KPIs and grow the current business by continuing to find future growth opportunities.


After the handoff, the CSM owns the relationship with the client. He or she works as a consultant, taking time to gain an understanding of the client’s challenges/needs/goals, analyzing data, and recommending services that will help the business grow. In short, the CSM applies a metrics-driven approach to evaluate where the client is and where they want to go. He or she navigates between internal teams and external clients, representing Intrepy’s ideas just as strongly as our clients’ wishes. The CSM helps the client and Intrepy grow, and they are ultimately responsible for growing revenue from each of their clients.


As a Customer Success Manager, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, strong client-relationships skills, and the ability to recommend growth strategies that will impact the bottom line. Ultimately, your goal is to grow existing and new accounts by fostering a dynamic, long-term partnership with our clients. Day-to-day activities include communicating directly with client stakeholders, participating in internal product meetings, tracking key performance metrics, leading brainstorming sessions, and developing strategic roadmaps.


RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:


  • Manage and develop strong relationships with new and existing account partners – act as the mediator between company and client, facilitating two-way communication.
  • Work to achieve company and client goals simultaneously.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Generate sales and contribute towards the company’s sales target.
  • Liaise with the Intrepy Team working on the account, to communicate client expectations.
  • Establish budgets with the client and the company – forecasting and tracking important metrics.
  • Prepare reports on sales and account status.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Be a ‘people person’ with great communication skills - a competent relationship builder.
  • Have an aptitude for sales and spotting business opportunities.
  • Be able to demonstrate creativity and logic in equal measures.
  • Be analytical and an accomplished problem-solver.
  • Have good organization and project management ability.
  • Be confident discussing and presenting key stats and information.
  • Be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of their own business as well as their clients’ – A business-based degree is often useful.

  • Creating client-facing reports

Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
