Our innovative platform empowers businesses to manage and optimize their financial transactions with ease, enhancing efficiency and collaboration between organizations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented B2B Fintech Marketing Specialist to join our team as the first marketing hire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and make a lasting impact on our growing company.


As the B2B Fintech Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Interopay Corp's solutions.
  • Creating and managing a content marketing plan, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to showcase the value of our platform and drive leads.
  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to create compelling sales materials and product positioning.
  • Identifying, attending, and representing Interopay Corp at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry influencers, partners, and press to increase brand visibility.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing e-mail campaigns,
  • Utilizing marketing analytics tools to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Staying current on fintech industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing channels to ensure Interopay Corp stays ahead of the curve.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B fintech or financial services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
