We are seeking a highly motivated and talented B2B Fintech Marketing Specialist to join our team as the first marketing hire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and make a lasting impact on our growing company.
Responsibilities:
As the B2B Fintech Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Interopay Corp's solutions.
- Creating and managing a content marketing plan, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to showcase the value of our platform and drive leads.
- Collaborating with sales and product teams to create compelling sales materials and product positioning.
- Identifying, attending, and representing Interopay Corp at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry influencers, partners, and press to increase brand visibility.
- Developing and managing digital marketing e-mail campaigns,
- Utilizing marketing analytics tools to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
- Staying current on fintech industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing channels to ensure Interopay Corp stays ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B fintech or financial services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
