We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Admin / Chief of Staff to join our growing team. This role will report directly to the CEO and will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our company.


Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Manage and prioritize the CEO's inbox, ensuring that all correspondence is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
  4. Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  5. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external meetings.
  6. Help to plan and execute company events, including offsites, team-building activities, and board meetings.
  7. Oversee office operations and facilities management, ensuring a productive and enjoyable work environment for all team members.
  8. Assist with the onboarding of new employees, providing logistical support and helping to coordinate orientation and training.
  9. Collaborate with various departments to optimize operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.
  10. Support the CEO in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support, office management, or a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
  2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  4. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  6. A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  7. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  8. Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus.
  9. Experience in marketing is a plus
