Interopay is hiring for an additional member of our Account Management team.
We are seeking an experienced SaaS Account Manager to join our well-established Accounts Payable Automation company. The AM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the effective use of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex customer and partner relationships, a deep understanding of SaaS business models, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Develop and manage relationships within Fortune-50 partner to maximize joint opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans that align with customer goals and objectives, and drive revenue growth
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, and develop strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their goals and needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets
- Continuously monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving our products and services
KPI's
- Manage a rolling pipeline of 350 existing customers to ensure their successful renewal increasing ACV incrementally by upselling additional software add-ons
- Exceed Annual Renewal Bookings of $560,000
- Exceed Annualized Customer Card Spend of $425,000,000
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and industry trends
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Pipedrive, and customer support tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
