Interopay is hiring for an additional member of our Account Executive team servicing our channel referral partners.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our SaaS Fintech Payments company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with key partners, clients, and prospects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable engaging our strategic partner channel for leads with new clients. This candidate will be inherently curious about potential users' needs, card holder objectives. They will be able to discover a client's voiced needs and offer solutions to drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end prospect lifecycle, from referred lead to first payment.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify, discover, qualify, demo and negotiate new sales opportunities within target markets and industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our Channel, Strategic Channel Partner is a Fortune-50 bank.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Multi-thread between Accounting Users, card members (business owner or exec, IT, and channel partners to drive next steps, followup, and successful pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Interopay teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
KPI's
- Manage a Pipeline of 50+ opportunities on a rolling basis
- Once ramped close $15m in annualized cardable vendor spend monthly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Absolute discipline to executing sound sales process, ARR is ~$3000 so we need commitment to process.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of financial services and technology industries, as well as their regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
