We are seeking a Healthcare Operations Analyst / Support Representative to join our growing team in Metro Manila. This role is critical in ensuring smooth healthcare operations by supporting claims processing, billing, credentialing, and customer service functions. Our mission is to reduce the operational burden for our providers so they can focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and resolve healthcare claims in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely and accurate payment posting.
  • Support provider credentialing processes, including verification of qualifications, documentation, and compliance with payer requirements.
  • Handle inquiries from patients, providers, and payers with professionalism and empathy, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate operational reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations (claims, billing, credentialing, or customer service).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, insurance policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Salary

$6 - $6 per hour
