Key Details:
- Pay: $80,000-$95,000 base (DOE), plus bonuses for consultations and performance. Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $100,000-$115,000 with bonuses.
- Benefits: 401k, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, CLE and license renewal reimbursement.
- Location: 100% in office in Lehi, Utah. Relocation assistance available.
- Schedule: 8:30-5:00, Monday-Friday. We value work life balance and strive to create a supportive environment for our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct client consultations in both English and Spanish.
- Manage a caseload that includes family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, and naturalization.
- Prepare and review immigration filings; draft legal documents (affidavits, motions, briefs).
- Represent clients in court and at USCIS interviews.
- Lead and coach working groups of paralegals; review all documents before submission.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members.
- Stay current on immigration law updates and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar (immigration is federal, so any state is acceptable).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), required.
- Immigration law experience preferred (3+ years), but we’ll train the right person.
- Eligible to work in office in Lehi, Utah.
- Strong communication, organization, and empathy.
- Collaborative, team oriented, and motivated to help immigrant communities.
- Ability to coach and train paralegals and review filings.
