Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. *Duties* - Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility - Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs - Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times - Administer CPR and first aid when necessary - Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and activities - Support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in achieving their goals - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information - Perform heavy lifting as required *Skills* - Experience in hospice care, caregiving, or working with people with developmental disabilities - Proficient in creating and implementing care plans - Knowledge of CPR techniques - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations - Ability to assist with heavy lifting when needed - Competent in meal preparation for residents - Experience working in a group home setting is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
