Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Supported Living

$21.00–$23.00 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time | Spokane County

Integrity Supported Living, LLC is looking for dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Supported Living team.

We are a growing, locally operated agency supporting adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities. We are looking for experienced DSPs who value consistency, professionalism, teamwork, and providing respectful, person-centered support.

Current Openings

We currently have full-time and part-time opportunities available:

Swing Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Openings available throughout the week, Sunday–Saturday
• Multiple shifts available
• Full-time or part-time schedules may be available

Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday

Applicants do not need to be available for every listed shift. We are willing to build part-time or full-time schedules based on availability and agency needs.

Pay

$21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you will help individuals with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible while supporting their health, safety, choices, goals, and participation in the community.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily living skills and personal routines
• Assisting with meals, household activities, shopping, and community outings
• Supporting individuals with personal care as needed
• Providing medication assistance within your training and authorization
• Following Individual Instruction and Support Plans and Positive Behavior Support Plans
• Providing transportation and supporting community activities
• Completing accurate electronic documentation
• Recognizing and reporting changes in health, safety, or behavior
• Maintaining professional boundaries and respecting client rights, privacy, and personal choice
• Working collaboratively with coworkers, Lead DSPs, and the Management Team

Required Qualification

Applicants must already have completed the Washington State 75-Hour Long-Term Care Worker training requirement and hold the applicable 75-hour training certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

The following are preferred but do not need to be current at the time you apply:

• Nurse Delegation
• CPR/First Aid
• Active NAR, HCA, or CNA credential

For otherwise qualified candidates, Integrity Supported Living, LLC can provide or assist with required Nurse Delegation and CPR/First Aid training and can assist qualified employees with applicable credentialing requirements.

Previous experience in Supported Living, residential services, developmental disabilities, caregiving, behavioral health, or similar direct-care work is strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Successfully complete required background checks
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, families, and management
• Follow written support plans, policies, and procedures
• Complete accurate electronic documentation
• Work independently while knowing when to contact a Lead or Manager for assistance
• Safely perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodation when applicable

A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet agency transportation requirements may be required depending on assignment.
