Job Overview:

As the Retail Store Manager at Integrity Stores, you will play a pivotal role in driving the store’s success through focused sales coaching and execution, operational efficiency, and fostering team satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, executing training and audit compliance, and managing day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to team members and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and maintain expected sales results to contribute to company growth.
• Ensure compliance by executing audit procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee the overall operation of the store, including inventory, staffing, and financial management.
• Execute operational tasks, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Handle recruiting and interviewing to build a talented and engaged team.
• Execute and manage priority training compliance and on-the-job training for team members.
• Manage staff scheduling.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and promoting excellent service.
• All other duties assigned within the scope of Retail Store Manager role.
