Qualified candidates MUST be a Graduate of the the USAF Weapons School/Weapons Instructor Course to be considered.

Candidates MUST have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered.

Job Summary: Integrity ISR is recruiting candidates for a Mobile Training Team (MTT) that would advise and assist our instructors on an as needed basis. These positions are 100% travel as a 1099 contracted team member. Travel expenses, per diem, and lodging will be paid in accordance with US Government/DoD travel regulations.

 Members of the MTT will design and deliver instruction to Combat Air Force (CAF) units as well as provide advice and assistance to instructors in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of instruction. You will collaborate with stakeholders/project managers to determine requirements and ensure material is updated with the latest adversary tactics, techniques, and equipment to meet current operational needs. You will validate and update training material based on course feedback, and coordinate with site leads prior to instruction to ensure classroom and students are prepared for instruction. Selected candidates will participate in ACC led rewrites as requested. You will deliver training as part of a unit level training in support of traditional CAF tasks as needed. Desired areas of expertise include Combat Intelligence Network (CIN), Mission Planning, Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) and Targeting. You may be asked to participate in instructor development and mentorship as required. 

Required:

• TS/SCI active on Day 1
• Graduate of USAF Weapons School/Weapons Instructor Course 
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in instruction and curriculum development
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to get along with others in a team-oriented environment
