About the Role

The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective clients at Integrity Counseling Group. You'll listen to callers' needs, match them with the best-fitting therapist on our team, and help keep scheduling running smoothly — mostly from a confidential home office, with a once-a-month visit to each of our three San Diego County locations to restock supplies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all prospective client calls, emails, and inquiries
• Conduct intake conversations to understand client needs and match them with the best-fitting therapist
• Schedule and confirm client appointments using our practice management software
• Maintain accurate, confidential intake and scheduling records
• Provide light office management support and assist with content marketing under the Director's guidance
• Travel once per month to each of our San Diego, Carlsbad, and San Marcos offices to restock supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, confidential home workspace
• Warm phone manner, strong listening skills, and a heart for people who may be in distress
• Experience and/or desire to work with the Christian community
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confidentiality-focused

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or experience in mental health, customer service, or administrative support preferred
