Description

Integrated Install, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to lead our team of glaziers/ window & door installers on luxury residential projects in the greater Los Angeles area. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high-end glazing and window systems, ensuring quality control, and managing project timelines. Essential Duties: 

  • Lead a large team of 6-8 installers on luxury residential projects from layout to completion
  • Use company-issued tablet/ i-Pad to read and understand architectural plans and shop drawings as required.
  • Delegate tasks to crew members while communicating with site supervisors and company office team.
  • Ensure quality control in means & methods for installation.
  • Project management skills: submit daily reports, assist with scheduling in conjunction with our Project Managers, and competent construction software use.
  • Determine type and size of equipment needed for deliveries, craning, installation etc.
  • Troubleshoot issues in the field and on service calls.
  • Use suction cups to carry glass with others.
  • Drive to and from job sites in your own vehicle.
  • Use a crane with vacuum lifter to lift glass into place.
  • Waterproofing/ flashing, sill pans, window/door installation.
  •  Participate in employee review process for direct reports, providing constructive feedback and areas for improvement.
  • Regularly work overtime (8+ hours Mon - Fri, or occasional Saturday work)


Minimum Requirements: 

  • Extensive experience in glazing and window installation, primarily minimalist aluminum systems and high-end steel products.
  • Knowledge of block frame and nail fin installation of minimalist sliders, pivot doors, casements, awnings, hoppers, curtain walls, bi-folds, glass handrails. Automation/ motorization experience is a plus.
  • Lead multiple crew members on large scale installation projects from layout, delivery, scheduling, and installation at the highest level of quality.
  • Clearly communicate with site supervisors and project managers, as well as the company office team.
  • Own full set of hand tools & power tools, levels and lasers as required.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver license, auto insurance and social security number.
  • Reliable cell phone and ability to complete occasional online trainings.
  • Work boots, pants, and black T-shirt (company to provide shirts, hats).
  • Travel within greater Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We service projects from North Malibu to Dana Point/South Orange County.
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong attention to detail.


Physical Requirements of Position:

  • Manual labor including but not limited to taking delivery of large windows, doors, glass products.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and in compliance with OSHA requirements.
  • Carry up to 65lbs.
  • Stand and walk up to 8hrs per day.
  • Ability to carry, set up, and climb (extension) ladders, scaffolds.
  • Ability to work on knees as required.
