As an Account Executive at Insuraviews, you will own the full sales cycle — from first outreach through close — for insurance carriers, MGAs, and consulting firms. You are the commercial face of the platform: someone who understands how carriers actually build, price, and bring products to market, and who can translate that understanding into qualified pipeline, closed business, and durable client relationships. This is a quota-carrying role for a seller who is credible with actuaries, product managers, and underwriting leaders, and who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment.
● Build something that matters. Our mission is to revolutionize the insurance industry and every person on this team has a direct hand in that mission. You will see your work shape decisions that affect real carriers and their customers.
● A culture built on real values. We lead with Integrity, Responsibility, and Trust. That means we follow through on what we say we'll do, own our mistakes, and treat everyone's time and ideas with respect.
● Innovation is an expectation, not a perk. Creativity and AI is woven into how we work and what we build. You’re expected to experiment, bring better approaches back to the team, and out-think a fast-moving market.
● Mentorship and real ownership from day one with a path toward growth, not just a title. We are startup focused on growing together, supporting one another, and helping everyone expand their skills.
● Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including paid holidays, paid time off, and company benefit plans (e.g. medical, dental)
● Flexible and hybrid work options designed around outcomes, not hours.
This is a quota-carrying seat for someone who wants to build a sales motion rather than inherit one. As an Account Executive, you will drive the full cycle, from first outreach through close. You will be the commercial face of a platform built to support carriers daily work to actually create, price, and bring products to market. The people you sell to are actuaries, product managers, and insurance leaders.
You will build and manage your own pipeline, run demos and tailored business cases, and work multi-stakeholder buying groups through long procurement cycles, RFPs, and security reviews. You won't do it alone and will have the support of our Chief Actuary, our Product & Engineering leaders, and Customer Success who takes a clean handoff once the ink is dry. You'll also represent Insuraviews at industry conferences throughout the year, building the relationships that turn into future pipeline. What you learn when working with customers, will come back to the leadership team as feedback on market trends and product direction.
You'll thrive here if you know how insurance products actually get created, priced, and brought to market, and you can hold your own in a room with actuaries without pretending to be one. You're comfortable with long procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees, disciplined about your CRM without being told, and energized working with a lean team. If you've been waiting for a seat where the ceiling is your own effort, this is it!
