Summary:
Insurance BCX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Personal Insurance team at our Border City Insurance Services office at 12275 Pellicano Drive in El Paso TX. Our ideal candidate will already hold a TX insurance agent's license, but for the right person, we are willing to provide product, industry, and process training to help you obtain your TX insurance agent's license. This position is perfect for anyone looking for an entry level position in the insurance industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer service in person, phone, and by email
- Selling new insurance policies
- Client Service including issuing evidence of coverage, processing policy changes, receiving insurance payments
- Updating and maintaining records in agency operating systems
Requirements:
- Desire to learn and take on greater responsibility over time
- Strong computer skills to complement our technology-heavy work environment
- Skilled at multitasking
- Attention to detail
- Advantageous if fluent in more than one language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
