The Role - As an Elementary Teacher at Instant Impact Global Prep, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. You will develop and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed.

What You'll Do - Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. - Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals. - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support student learning. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. - Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the curriculum. - Maintain a safe and organized classroom that promotes a positive learning atmosphere. - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

What We're Looking For - Proven experience in teaching elementary school students or equivalent experience. - Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree (any field).

Nice to Have - Experience with technology integration in the classroom. - Familiarity with diverse learning styles and differentiated instruction. - Certification in teaching or relevant educational credentials.
