The Role

As an Elementary Teacher Assistant, you play a vital role in supporting classroom activities and helping students achieve their learning goals. You will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging educational experience for all students. This position is essential in ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they need to thrive academically and socially.

What You'll Do

- Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.

- Support students with their learning tasks and provide individualized attention as needed.

- Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on student performance.

- Facilitate small group activities and assist in classroom management.

- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to foster a collaborative learning environment.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in education.

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an educational setting preferred.
