About Us:

The Provider Support Group is dedicated to enhancing the quality of service and support provided to individuals with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. We leverage innovation to improve services and provide professional support and assistance to prospective and current Intellectual Developmental Disability service providers. Our mission is to assist new providers in establishing solid foundations and empower individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Handle initial communication with prospects through emails, phone calls, and social media.
• Collaborate with the business leaders to create and implement outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
• Provide support in organizing and attending networking events and meetings.
• Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Passion for personal development and a growth mindset.
