Born in a living room and guided by our founding philosophy, "Parents First. Partners Always.", our mission-driven agency bridges advanced clinical analytics with deep empathy for the family unit.
Operating under a California-compliant hourly model, this position begins with a small, high-touch part-time caseload and is structured to scale directly into a Full-Time Regional Clinical Lead role as our regional footprint expands.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Compassionate Clinical Architecture: Design, write, and analyze strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Conduct FBAs, isolate statistical trends, and implement data-driven treatment modifications within Aloha ABA.
- Co-Designed Caregiver Collaboration: Lead meaningful parent coaching and collaboration sessions, translating complex behavioral science into practical micro-coaching routines built around real household schedules ("Parents First. Partners Always.").
- Interdisciplinary & Admin Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with our in-house scheduling, billing, and care coordination teams, as well as multidisciplinary care teams (OT, ST, IEP teams), ensuring holistic, compassionate continuity of care across all learning environments.
- Supervisory Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direct field overlaps, Interobserver Agreement (IOA) checks, and Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to mid-level Clinical Case Manager Practice & Training and direct field staff (BTs/RBTs).
- Authorization Pipeline Security: Oversee 60/45-day reauthorization cycles, ensuring 6-month progress reports and clinical packets are finalized at least 45 days prior to authorization expiration to prevent gaps in family care continuity.
- Administrative Synchronization: Partner with our internal RevOps and admin team to optimize client matching, audit session rendering in Aloha ABA, and maintain complete operational compliance within your paid 25% non-billable time.
- Safety, Ethics, & Compliance: Adhere strictly to the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA regulations, CANRA mandated reporting duties, and corporate Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (SB 553) protocols.

Desired Skills & Capabilities
- Neurodiversity-Affirming Focus: Demonstrated commitment to client autonomy, functional communication training (FCT), and strength-based intervention models over artificial compliance.
- Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal capability to partner compassionately with families, collaborate with in-house admin teams, provide supportive BST performance feedback, and navigate complex family dynamics with empathy and professionalism.
- Data-Driven Precision: Advanced capability to systematically review, graph, and interpret raw continuous trial metrics and interval data logs to guide treatment decisions.
- Tech Stack Literacy: Proficiency within practice management software (Aloha ABA), electronic timekeeping platforms (Gusto), learning systems (Relias), and corporate Google Workspace platforms.
- Mindfulness & Sensory Alignment (Preferred): Personal or professional experience with mindfulness, or sensory down-regulation strategies to match the profiles of neurodiverse clients.
