Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries promptly and effectively
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient interaction
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to front desk staff
- Set and uphold high standards for customer service and professionalism

Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the practice
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support nightly audit process

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in front desk, healthcare, or hospitality settings
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with medical terminology or healthcare workflows preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
