Position Summary:

Are you highly organized, solution-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks? We’re looking for a reliable Maintenance Coordinator to conduct move-out reviews, prepare detailed condition reports for owners and residents, and obtain quotes from vendors for necessary repairs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient property turnovers and seamless communication throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Move-Out Reviews and Reporting: Conduct move-out inspections, document findings, and prepare clear reports for owners, residents, and the team.
  • Estimate and Quote Gathering: Request and compare vendor quotes for repairs and turnover services; maintain accurate records.
  • Backup for Property Reviews and Intakes: Assist with property condition reviews and intakes when needed, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Backup for Maintenance Scheduling: Provide support with scheduling maintenance when necessary and communicate with the team and residents.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of move-out reports, vendor quotes, and turnover activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Property Management and Maintenance Teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Owner and Resident Communication: Provide updates to owners and address resident inquiries about move-out inspections and repairs


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance coordination.
  • Previous experience in property management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance processes and terminology.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.


Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when resolving resident concerns or handling time-sensitive issues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
