What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and emails
• Provide professional communication support to homeowners and board members
• Support division staff with scheduling, research, and workflow coordination
• Assist with accounts receivable coordination and basic administrative tasks
• Help prepare and distribute homeowner communications
• Collaborate with the marketing team by identifying and sharing moments that highlight the value of professional association management
• Maintain awareness of social media trends and platform algorithms to support visibility and engagement
• Assist in creating clear, professional content that reflects the company’s standards and reinforces trust with board members and homeowners
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Keep the front office welcoming, efficient, and running smoothly
