Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) projects. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of SAP GTS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, SAP GTS, and global trade processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·                Project Planning & Management:

o        Lead the planning, execution, and closing of SAP GTS projects, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

·                Stakeholder Engagement:

o        Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP GTS project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.

·                Team Leadership:

o        Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, IT professionals, and business analysts.

• Provide guidance, direction, and support to project team members, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

·                Budget Management:

o        Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

• Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

·                Quality Assurance:

o        Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.

• Oversee the testing and validation of SAP GTS solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

·                Risk & Issue Management:

o        Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success, and develop contingency plans to address them.

• Proactively resolve project challenges to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum.

·                Change Management:

o        Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of SAP GTS solutions across the organization.

• Develop and execute training programs for end-users and key stakeholders.

·                Documentation & Reporting:

o        Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and post-implementation reviews.

• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

·                Education:

o        Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

·                Experience:

o        Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on SAP GTS or SAP modules.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex SAP implementation projects.

·                Skills:

o        Strong knowledge of SAP GTS modules and global trade processes.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·                Certifications:

o        PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

• SAP GTS certification or relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
