Your Role: As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you'll provide expert guidance and support to clients integrating our security solutions. You'll work directly with clients to ensure successful deployments, offering strategic insights to enhance their security systems. Your deep knowledge of our products will help refine integration processes and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients on-site or remotely in deploying and maintaining security solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand security needs and implement the best solutions.
• Configure, optimize, and migrate security policies, particularly with our Next-Gen Firewall.
• Oversee and execute production cutovers, and provide ongoing guidance for system upgrades.
• Work with technical support teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Palo Alto Networks Next-Gen Firewall, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and related technologies.
• Experience in network/security solutions (BGP, SD-WAN, VXLAN, routing, and switching).
• Strong background in high-end firewall installation, configuration, and operation.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CNSE, JNCIE-SEC.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in network/security solutions.
• 3+ years leading security solutions in large-scale environments.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Prisma Access
• Familiarity with public cloud environments such as AWS,GCP, and Azure
• Skills in scripting and automation development

Additional Information:

• Some travel may be required based on client needs.
