Inner Peace Counseling of Utah is a multi-speciality mental health clinic specializing in diagnosis and treatment of a variety of mental health issues. We treat patients of all ages, offering individual, group, and couples therapy in the outpatient setting.

Positions available:

1. Therapist willing to work with all ages, including children.

2. Therapist willing to work with adolescents and adults.

Full and part time positions available.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Utah as an LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, PHD, PSYD, CSW, ACMHC, or LAMFT. Supervision is available without additional cost
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Additional languages are strongly preferred.
• EMDR trained preferred

Job Requirements:

• Conduct individual/family therapy sessions and mental health assessments
• Ability to facilitate therapeutic groups and assist with innovative curriculum development
• Maintain excellent standards regarding clinical documentation of all groups, individual and family therapy sessions, treatment plans, discharge summaries, etc.
• Manage crises and safety issues that arise with clients
• Engage in case management and professional collaboration with clinical team to create dynamic, effective, and evolving interventions and treatment plans
• Excellent time management skills

Our Commitment:

We strive to create an environment where clinicians feel personally valued and are unburdened by administrative duties that so often lead to burnout. A commitment of 10 hours a week is required. Benefits available when working 30 hours a week. Compensation is provided in cases of late cancellations and no shows.
