We are seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional to join our team in Norman, OK, specializing in trauma-informed care for first responders and their families. The ideal candidate would be a licensed behavioral health professional in Oklahoma and have experience in treating, or working with, first responders. Requirements:

  • Licensed behavioral health professional in the state of Oklahoma - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, PsyD
  • Experience with first responders and trauma-informed care.

Reports directly to the Clinical Director


Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:

  • Manage a caseload of 30-35 clients weekly.
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and case management.
  • Adhere to clinical standards of practice and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain current knowledge in theories and practices for clients with serious behavioral health symptoms.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two years post-license in behavioral/mental health.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Valid behavioral health license from Oklahoma (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC, PsyD)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of wellness, recovery, and resiliency strategies.
  • Familiarity with psychological diagnostic methods.
  • Knowledge of community resources related to first responder behavioral health.
  • Effective communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Interpersonal sensitivity for a diverse population, especially first responders.

Additional Preferred Skills: 

  • Trained in EMDR, CPT, and/or TF-CBT

$62,000 - $75,000 per year
