Description

Inner Circle Mental Health is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed mental health professional to join our clinical team in Norman.

This position is designed to start part-time and grow into a full-time role as the clinician develops a sustainable caseload. It is a good fit for someone who wants the support and stability of an established practice while still having room to grow professionally.

Inner Circle provides administrative support, referrals, credentialing, furnished office space, clinical consultation, and ongoing professional development so clinicians can focus primarily on client care.

Compensation

Part-Time: Approximately $27–$41/hour, depending on licensure, experience, specialized training, and clinical background.

Full-Time: Approximately $55,000–$85,000/year, with benefits and additional earning opportunities available for eligible clinicians.

Position Description

Clinicians will provide outpatient mental health services to clients at our Norman office, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed and evidence-based care.

The position will initially begin with a smaller part-time caseload and scheduled hours will increase as the clinician's caseload develops. Clinicians interested in long-term growth may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried position with benefits.

Responsibilities include:


  • Providing outpatient therapy within professional scope of practice
  • Completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
  • Maintaining appropriate client communication and continuity of care
  • Participating in clinical consultation and team collaboration
  • Following ethical, licensing, HIPAA, and Company requirements
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Candidates must have a master's or doctoral degree in an appropriate behavioral health field and hold or be eligible for an Oklahoma clinical or provisional license.

  • EMDR, CPT, or other evidence-based trauma modalities

This position is primarily in person in Norman, Oklahoma however we are open to remote or remote contract dependent upon demand.

Salary

$27 - $31 per hour
