Independent Contractor | In-Person and Telehealth Opportunities

Inner Circle Mental Health is seeking independently licensed therapists passionate about working with first responders, veterans, and people in high-trauma professions. Bring your clinical expertise while we provide referral opportunities, billing, credentialing support, and practice infrastructure.

A Revenue Split That Rewards Your Expertise and Availability

• 60% clinician share for standard contractor arrangements.
• 70% clinician share with documented completion of both EMDR basic training and CPT training.
• 80% clinician share for in-person weekday appointments beginning at 5 p.m. or later and in-person appointments on Saturdays or Sundays.

The highest applicable percentage applies to each session. Premiums do not stack. EMDR and CPT training are not required to qualify for the evening and weekend rate.

For example, when Inner Circle collects $120 for a qualifying evening or weekend session, you receive $96.

Focus on Client Care With Practice Support

Inner Circle provides:

• Marketing and referral opportunities.
• Insurance credentialing support and group affiliation where permitted.
• Billing, claims follow-up, and collections.
• Practice EHR access for Inner Circle clients.
• Scheduling support during available front-office hours.
• An agreed treatment room for in-person appointment blocks.
• Optional peer consultation with clinicians who understand trauma and first-responder culture.

You may maintain other professional work and offer availability that fits your independent practice. Appointment blocks are mutually agreed upon, subject to room availability and client demand.

Who We’re Looking For

• An independently licensed Oklahoma LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Strong clinical judgment, professional boundaries, and reliable documentation.
• Experience with—or a meaningful interest in—first responders, veterans, and trauma-focused care.
• A commitment to ethical, evidence-based treatment and continuity of care.

EMDR and CPT training are valued but not required. A personal connection to military or first-responder communities is welcome.

Contract Details

This is an independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is based on money actually collected for your services. Referrals, caseload size, and income are not guaranteed.

Documentation, treatment planning, and routine care coordination are included in your revenue share. Contractors provide their own professional liability insurance, licensure, equipment, clinical supplies, continuing education, and business expenses. Employee benefits and paid leave are not included.

In-person opportunities are available at our Norman office. Telehealth opportunities depend on client demand. The 80% share applies exclusively to qualifying in-person appointments.
