Description

Inner Circle Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our clinical team as independent contractors.

We specialize in serving first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, emergency personnel, and others working in high-trauma and high-stress environments.

This opportunity is designed for experienced clinicians who want the flexibility and earning potential of independent practice while having access to an established organization, referral network, administrative infrastructure, and clinical community.

Contractors may work in-office, remotely, or through a hybrid schedule, depending on clinical fit, client needs, credentialing, and agreed availability.

Compensation & Growth

Contract clinicians earn 60%–80% of collected revenue for completed paid sessions.

Clinicians generally enter the compensation structure at a percentage appropriate to their experience, availability, and anticipated caseload, with the opportunity to increase their percentage over time.

Advancement within the 60%–80% range may be based on factors including:

  • Development and maintenance of a consistent caseload
  • Length of time with Inner Circle
  • Clinical experience and specialized training
  • Client retention
  • Documentation and communication
  • Availability during high-demand appointment times
  • Reliability and consistency
  • Overall contribution to the clinical program

Clinicians interested in maintaining larger, consistent caseloads will have the greatest opportunity to progress within the compensation structure.

Specific compensation progression is discussed during the interview and contracting process.

Caseload & Schedule

Contractors determine their availability and can build a caseload that fits their professional goals.

We are open to clinicians seeking anything from a smaller supplemental caseload to those interested in building toward approximately 20–30+ clients per week.

We currently have particularly strong demand for:

  • Afternoon and evening appointments
  • Early morning appointments
  • Fridays
  • Weekend availability

Consistent availability generally provides the strongest opportunity for caseload growth.

Work Location

This position offers significant flexibility.

Depending on the clinician, caseload, payer requirements, and client needs, contractors may provide services:

  • In person from our Norman office
  • Hybrid, combining office and telehealth appointments
  • Remotely through telehealth

Clinicians providing telehealth services must maintain all licensure, credentialing, and professional requirements necessary to serve their assigned clients.
