Key Responsibilities:


  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk operations, including handling payments, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience, including housekeeping and maintenance.
