Every deal at IPS Cash needs a steady hand guiding it across the finish line. That's you. As a Transaction Coordinator, you are the point person for sellers, attorneys, title companies, and our own team. Half of your job is the people side: clear, kind communication that helps a seller feel taken care of during a big life moment. The other half is the details: tracking deadlines, documents, and next steps so nothing slips. Both halves matter, and we want someone who enjoys both.

Your Mission

• Guide each file from contract to closing and keep every deadline on track.
• Keep sellers, attorneys, title companies, and our team informed with timely updates.
• Keep files organized and current in Salesforce.
• Spot problems early and bring solutions to the team.
• Join our regular TC meetings and help us improve our process.
• Follow up after closing and make sure sellers feel taken care of.

Who You Are

• A communicator: You are friendly, clear, and calm on the phone and in writing.
• Detail-minded and organized: You enjoy keeping track of dates, documents, and to-dos.
• A self-starter who respects process: You take ownership and follow up without being asked.
• Steady under pressure: You can juggle several files at once and stay patient when deadlines get tight.
