Every team at IPS Cash runs on tech, and they need a dependable person to turn to. That's you. Half of your job is being the go-to for tickets, access, Chromebooks, and security, where a quick, friendly fix makes someone's whole day better. The other half is building: sitting in on meetings, spotting repetitive work, and creating AI-powered automations that give people their time back. Both halves matter, and we want someone who enjoys both.

Your Mission

• Answer tech requests fast and explain the fix in plain English.
• Keep Chromebooks, logins, and onboarding/offboarding running smoothly.
• Manage Salesforce users, dashboards, and reports.
• Protect the company with LastPass, security training, and backups.
• Work with vendors and keep the team informed during outages.
• Find repetitive work and automate it.
