inHealth is a lifestyle therapeutics company that provides 1:1 virtual health coaching services to prevent, manage, and improve chronic diseases. Our solutions are clinically validated and prescribed by physicians. We partner with private practices, health systems, payers, and employers to bring our services to patients and members. Our certified health coaches have prior healthcare experience.

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Bilingual Health Coach (Spanish Speaking). The Bilingual Clinical Health Coach will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive health evaluation and developing a personalized health plan. They will also be responsible for implementing the health plan, providing ongoing guidance, and supporting clients in achieving their health goals. The Clinical Health Coach will document sessions and maintain regular communication with clients and a care team.

Average availability of ~20 hours per week or greater on the inHealth Platform to receive patients. Additionally, the contractor must commit to at least 2 weeknights (after 5 pm in the contractor's time zone) OR at least one weeknight and one weekend (Saturday / Sunday)

Qualifications

• Nutrition, Weight Management, and Health & Wellness coaching skills
• Bilingual- Spanish Fluent
• Experience in conducting comprehensive health evaluations and developing personalized health plans
• Experience in documenting using SOAP note format and using Electronic Health Records
• Coaching skills that help clients overcome barriers and achieve set goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nutrition,Health Education/Coaching or a related field
• Certification in health coaching from a recognized organization

Experience working in a healthcare setting with a patient population and proficiency with medical terminology is a plus. Experience documenting within Electronic Health Records.
