FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly


Mission of the Role: To be the first and lasting impression of INFYOOZ, masterfully orchestrating the client journey from inquiry to follow-up. You are the architect of our luxurious front-of-house experience, ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless, personalized, and deeply welcoming.


Responsibilities:

Experience Curation: Greet clients warmly, manage the serene ambiance of the lounge, and guide them through their visit with attentive hospitality.

Master Scheduler: Manage the clinic's appointment book (via Jane App), optimizing flow and resource scheduling (rooms, clinicians). Handle booking, confirmations, and adjustments with grace.

Point of Contact: Field all phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with extensive knowledge of our services, answering questions and converting interest into appointments.

Sales & Retention: Process payments, manage package/membership sales, and explain the value of our offerings without pressure. Execute follow-up communication sequences.

Operational Support: Maintain front desk organization, manage retail displays, ensure the clinic is impeccably presented, and assist with light administrative tasks.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a high-end customer service, hospitality, spa, or wellness role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a warm, calm, and professional phone manner.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software (Jane App, POS systems).
  • Proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain composure and grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment without appearing that way, or feeling or looking fast-paced.
  • A genuine passion for wellness and creating exceptional experiences for others.


Salary

$20 - $30 per hour
