As the first and lasting impression of InFyooz, the Wellness Concierge orchestrates the client journey from inquiry to follow-up. You will masterfully manage the clinic's serene ambiance, schedule appointments, handle all client communications, and convert interest into bookings with grace and warmth. Mission of the Role: To be the first and lasting impression of INFYOOZ, masterfully orchestrating the client journey from inquiry to follow-up. You are the architect of our luxurious front-of-house experience, ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless, personalized, and deeply welcoming.
Responsibilities:
Experience Curation: Greet clients warmly, manage the serene ambiance of the lounge, and guide them through their visit with attentive hospitality.
Master Scheduler: Manage the clinic's appointment book (via Jane App), optimizing flow and resource scheduling (rooms, clinicians). Handle booking, confirmations, and adjustments with grace.
Point of Contact: Field all phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with extensive knowledge of our services, answering questions and converting interest into appointments.
Sales & Retention: Process payments, manage package/membership sales, and explain the value of our offerings without pressure. Execute follow-up communication sequences.
Operational Support: Maintain front desk organization, manage retail displays, ensure the clinic is impeccably presented, and assist with light administrative tasks.
