Mission of the Role: To be the clinical anchor of INFYOOZ, ensuring the highest standards of safety, protocol adherence, and team excellence. You will bridge medical oversight with daily operations, leading by example to deliver our signature luxurious and calming experience.

 

Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership: Serve as the day-to-day clinical lead, supervising IV RNs/LPNs and ensuring strict adherence to Medical Director protocols.

Training & Development: Onboard, train, and conduct competency assessments for all clinical staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Quality & Safety: Oversee clinical inventory (vials, supplies), manage expiration logs, and lead monthly safety/quality audits. Serve as first point of contact for clinical incident management and reporting.

Direct Client Care: Administer IV therapies with exemplary technique, providing a serene, educational, and safe experience for clients.

Protocol Refinement: Collaborate with the Medical Director to refine and improve clinical workflows and standing orders.

 

Qualifications:

·    Active, unencumbered Tennessee RN license. BLS and AED certification.

·    Minimum 5 years nursing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership, charge nurse, or

preceptor role.

·    Extensive, expert-level proficiency in venipuncture and IV therapy.

·    Experience in an ambulatory/outpatient practice, ER, ICU, or infusion center highly

preferred.

·    Demonstrated ability to create psychological safety and mentor a team.

·    Deep understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Salary

$50 - $60 per hour
