Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handles customer communication via calls, texts, chats, and tickets regarding orders, product inquiries, and returns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Efficiently enter and process sales orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
  • Builds rapport with retail customers and B2B accounts to foster repeat business.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly and ensure satisfaction
  • Meets performance expectations of the position regarding customer service quality, sales goals, and revenue targets.

*On-the-job training relating to our specific products will be provided.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two years of customer service or sales experience
  • A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process

Monday- Friday

9:00am- 5:30pm

 

Compensation:

Every new associate gets 6 months of hands training starting at $18.00 per hour. After training is complete, you will move to a commission pay structure.

 

Salary

$18 - $18.5 per hour
