Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the purchasing team with the acquisition of automotive parts, accessories, and related products.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm order details, and track the status of deliveries.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor product trends, pricing, and availability to ensure competitiveness in the market.
• Assist in negotiating pricing and delivery terms with suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve any issues related to delayed shipments, quality control, or damaged goods.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper storage and distribution of items.
• Support inventory audits and help with stock organization.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier relationships to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus).
• Prior experience in purchasing or inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is an advantage.
