We specialize in factory automobile radio & accessory upgrades for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM, Ford, GM, and Toyota. Candidate must be an automotive enthusiast, quick learner, team player, express a positive attitude, pay attention to detail, and have an excellent work ethic to be considered.



Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist customers via ticket, chat, and phone
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Redirect problems to appropriate management or department
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly and ensure satisfaction

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
