The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role includes manual testing, automation testing, API testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated testing to validate application functionality.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using industry best practices such as Page Object Model (POM).
• Perform REST API and Microservices testing using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business users.
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, design reviews, sprint planning, and testing meetings.
• Validate business and technical requirements through comprehensive testing activities.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, testing artifacts, and process documentation.
• Support Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis.
• Minimum 7 years of experience working in Agile Software Development environments.
• Minimum 7 years of experience performing manual testing, including creating and executing detailed test scenarios.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in test automation, including designing, writing, and executing automation scripts.
• Minimum 7 years of experience building and maintaining custom automation frameworks from scratch using Page Object Model (POM) or similar design patterns.
• Minimum 7 years of experience using Selenium or comparable automation tools.
• Minimum 7 years of experience maintaining automation scripts for changing user interfaces and new application features.
• Minimum 7 years of experience using Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Minimum 7 years of experience facilitating business meetings and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Minimum 5 years of experience testing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong experience using Postman, Insomnia, or similar API testing tools.
• Minimum 7 years of experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Minimum 7 years of experience creating process models, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Minimum 7 years collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues.
