We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Business Architect to support a large-scale enterprise technology initiative. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise architecture, Pega Business Architecture, solution design, and technology governance while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience in infrastructure and systems environments, including:
• Systems planning
• Enterprise architecture
• Solution design
• Hardware and software engineering
• Performance optimization
• Experience providing senior-level technical leadership and recommendations related to enterprise systems architecture.
• Strong experience establishing and implementing enterprise architecture standards, policies, and technology guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration across multiple platforms, operating systems, applications, and enterprise environments.
• Experience evaluating and recommending software and hardware standards, including system options, risk assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and business impact evaluations.
• Experience developing and documenting enterprise integration frameworks and technical implementation standards.
• Experience supporting or managing architecture governance processes and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Experience providing technical guidance, architectural direction, and mentoring to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
• Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) certification.
• 7+ years of Pega Business Architecture experience.
• Experience using Pega Blueprint for business requirements gathering, solution modeling, and application design.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow automation, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture planning and solution design activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
• Develop enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, and implementation frameworks.
• Review and recommend technology solutions based on business objectives, risk, cost, and long-term sustainability.
• Guide development teams on architecture best practices and technical design decisions.
• Ensure enterprise solutions align with organizational architecture standards and strategic technology goals.
• Support solution integration across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and platforms.
• Utilize Pega Blueprint to facilitate collaborative solution design and business architecture activities.
