We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, with a focus on .NET systems and cloud technologies. This position requires strong technical leadership and the ability to work on complex projects across multiple domains.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide IT support for .NET systems.
  2. Assist with cloud migration of existing code.
  3. Deliver services for the Multi-Language Translation (MLT) framework.
  4. Offer design recommendations aligned with long-term IT strategies.
  5. Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions.
  6. Use diverse platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers.
  7. Provide expertise for integrating applications across Commerce.
  8. Determine specifications and plan, design, and develop critical software solutions.
  9. Assist in resolving complex support problems.
  10. Develop programming standards, architectures, and reusable code.
  11. Apply current application development methodologies consistently.
  12. Research emerging technologies and their applicability to Commerce.
  13. Conduct code reviews.
  14. Support frameworks for issues, adjudication, appeals, data exchange systems, and claims processes.
  15. Serve as a technical expert across multiple disciplines.
  16. Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
  17. Maintain and develop Azure DevOps (ADO) capabilities, including automation, branching strategies, and custom tasks.
  18. Participate in Technical Change Control Board activities, including code refactoring, design reviews, and ROM estimation.


Education Requirements:

  • Required: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and SQL Server within an n-tier architecture.
  • Strong object-oriented development techniques.
  • Database design and SQL tuning expertise (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and development source control.
  • Project leadership experience on multiple IT projects.
  • Technical expertise across high-complexity projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches.
  • Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Specific Tools and Technologies:
  • 7+ years of experience with .NET 4.5 and higher.
  • 5+ years with Visual Studio 2015 or higher.
  • Experience with continuous integration, builds, and deployments in both on-premise and Azure environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in troubleshooting production deployments.
  • Expertise in branching/merging strategies for parallel development.
  • Proven ability to implement DevOps practices effectively.
