Experience

• 8+ years of experience working with database management systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, and administration
• 8+ years of experience writing complex queries, views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions using MS T-SQL
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) (including parameters, sub-reports, drill-downs, and subscriptions)
• 5+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements, design, testing, traceability matrices)
• 3+ years of experience developing reports using Azure Power BI
• 3+ years of experience working with web applications
• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (TFS) and Visual Studio .NET
• 2+ years of experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale implementation projects

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise database systems
• Perform database backup, recovery, and performance tuning
• Configure database parameters and optimize system performance
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data repositories
• Create and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards
• Write efficient and scalable T-SQL queries and stored procedures
• Support integration with web applications and enterprise systems
• Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements
• Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with system requirements
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server ecosystem
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL programming
• Experience with Azure data services and cloud-based database solutions
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning and optimization
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
