Job Description

Required Skills:

• Analyze and assess current business processes within SAP Plant Maintenance – Digital Manufacturing and related third-party applications.
• Configure and maintain SAP ECC components, including documentation for Plant Maintenance – Digital Manufacturing.
• Lead SAP project implementations, including blueprinting, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategies, cutover plans, and training.
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interact with C-suite executives and provide strategic insights.
• Mentor team members on technology, architecture, and project delivery.

• Ability to present multiple perspectives on various technologies effectively.
• Strong time management skills with the flexibility to travel if needed.
• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred.

Experience Required:

• 7-10 years of overall experience (minimum 3 years in relevant SAP PM roles).
