Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP IBP-based Supply Planning solutions tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective planning solutions.
• Configure IBP modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4 HANA and third-party systems using CPI-DS or SDI.
• Optimize supply chain planning processes, including demand management, inventory control, production, and distribution.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and enhance reporting solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users for seamless solution adoption.

Required Technical Skills

1. SAP Expertise

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, APO, and IBP modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Supply Planning processes within the IBP framework.

1. Supply Chain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of supply chain functions, including demand management, production, and distribution planning.

1. IBP Functional Skills

• Proficiency in IBP modules like Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
• Familiarity with advanced tools such as Optimizer and Heuristics for planning.

1. Integration Skills

• Expertise in integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4 HANA and other systems using CPI-DS or SDI.
• Strong grasp of ETL processes, data modeling, and interfacing supply chain data.

1. Configuration and Customization

• Proven ability to configure and customize IBP modules to meet organizational requirements.

1. Analytics and Reporting

• Familiarity with Excel add-ins for IBP, HANA analytics, and reporting dashboards to visualize data.
