We are seeking a certified Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Salesforce, including expertise in object-oriented design, coding, testing, and debugging. Proficiency in developing Lightning Web Components, integrating backend data, and optimizing business processes is essential. Additional experience with Conga Composer, Salesforce certifications, and working with Sales Cloud and Community Cloud is highly desired. Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues are key to success in this role.

Requirements:
- Must be available to work full-time on-site at the client's location in Tallahassee, FL.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience with Salesforce, including expertise in object-oriented design, coding, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and system integration.
- Proficiency in working with object-oriented databases and systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Hands-on experience in developing Lightning Web Components.
Desired Skills
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills and expertise to excel in this role:
- Proficiency in backend data integration, including HTTP and Web Services.
- Experience implementing Conga Composer for document generation solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
- Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/APEX, unit test development, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
