Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Migration Architect with extensive experience in cloud-based data migration and modernization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe-to-cloud migration, integration development, and application transformation using Cloud (GCP & Azure) technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical expertise in integration development with cloud-native architecture.
2. Lead data migration projects from mainframe to cloud-native databases such as Azure SQL and DB2 LUW.
3. Engage in customer-facing roles, providing guidance and expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
4. Lead integration teams and drive cloud modernization efforts.
5. Modernize applications using Micro Focus COBOL, HCOSS, and container-based solutions.
6. Manage application transformation resources using Agile methodology.
7. Leverage Capgemini tools and accelerators to streamline migration and modernization.
8. Develop and implement Continuous Service Improvement Plans for modern application development platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years focused on cloud-native integration development.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in mainframe-to-cloud data migration.
• Expertise in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and Azure SQL.
• Strong background in application modernization and cloud transformation.
• Experience working with Micro Focus COBOL, HCOSS, and containerization.
• Leadership experience in Agile-based application transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Capgemini tools and accelerators.
